This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed in the rental unit. A 6-month lease is required. The unit has its own address as well; the primary residence is 4375 Tuolumne Pl (Casita address 4373 Tuolumne Pl). Very private unit with private entrance. This is for one-person occupancy only.
