The shared spaces will be fully furnished and I can furnish one of the bedrooms if you'd like me to with a bed, bed frame, dresser, and bed side table. (We can discuss details about that 1:1) Both rooms available have a closet and will be sharing a bathroom. I will keep the bathroom on the first floor as a community bathroom so guests don't have to use private bathrooms. Leaving a garage space open for some storage for tenants. Looking for 1 year lease terms but can be flexible if necessary, won't accept shorter than 6 month lease terms. The utilities will be split between the people occupying the home. No pets allowed.
