Two story, single-family home in the Cobbham Historic District on the edge of downtown Athens. The home is fully furnished but can have pieces moved to the basement as needed. Most utilities are included with rent as well as lawncare, pest control, and alarm system. Internet and cable access will need to be established directly with a provider. Each floor has its own heating / cooling system. The house is in a "single-family" designated neighborhood. No more than 2 unrelated individuals can rent the house. Only internet and cable services are excluded. A pet deposit of $200 / pet will be required. Any damage to the house or property will be the responsibility of the tenant to fix. We can arrange for repairs if needed. Cost will be billed to tenant. There is no smoking allowed inside the house. Before moving in, a "walk through" with the tenant(s) will be completed to note any preexisting damage / maintenance issues. Additionally, at the end of the lease, once tenant has had the chance to move out and clean the house, a walk through will be completed with tenant to ensure property is being left as expected. The deposit will be refunded if no damage is found.
