A little about the house: Mid-Century Ranch in an amazing location. Situated on a quiet, tree-lined street- convenient to everything Englewood and Littleton have to offer. Good sized home with Enormous covered patio overlooking an expansive backyard. An entire level of living space in the basement with recreation/family room (with built-in serving bar), bedroom/flex, 3/4 bath, and sizable laundry area with storage cabinets. Alley access to the oversized, detached garage with plenty of space. Lightrail is just 1 mi to the West (Oxford Station). Busline just 5 blks to the east. 5 min to downtown Englewood, 8 min to downtown Littleton. Very close to riverfront shopping center. I currently live in the upstairs master bedroom . I am looking for another roommate. The room is a large basment room with private bath. The entire house has air conditioning and heating, brand new kitchen appliances, brand new washer and dryer in unit! Huge backyard for Denver!
