This will include income verification, background check, criminal history, credit check, accounts in collections, rental history, etc. There will be a nonrefundable $55 fee for this if we choose to proceed with your application. We will be collecting applications until Friday, February 25th and scheduling showings of the home for Saturday, February 26th. $2,500 move-in fee is fully refundable when you move out as long as rent is always paid on time and the property is left undamaged. $1,250 monthly ($3,750 is due before you move in to cover the move-in fee and first month's rent) no pets no smoking no illegal activity no section 8 must have at least a 600 credit score (verified through RentPrep) minimum $45,000 income (verified through RentPrep)
