Do you want to live in a Grand Victorian Style Home with nine foot ceilings with the heat included? There is a Formal Dining room with a built in china cabinet off of the kitchen. Then you walk into a huge living room with a half round wall in the front and a quarter round built in bookshelf in back. The spacious master bedroom has a seating area in the turret with three windows for plenty of light and air. The second bedroom is very spacious while the third bedroom is smaller. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans to cool you on a hot summer day. This home has one bathroom with a shower, a walk in storage/pantry area off of the kitchen, large closets with built in dressers for plenty of storage, a private enclosed sun porch and a private laundry room with hookups in the basement. The stove and fridge are included in this second floor apartment. We allow up to two small pets with a $600 allergy cleaning fee (in case the next resident has allergies) and an additional $35 a month per pet. So what does it take to qualify for this home? We are looking for a gross monthly income of $2,400 to know that you can still afford the home when life happens. We charge $30 per adult for an application fee because we pay for a credit check to see that you pay your bills and will not destroy our home or have the police calling us daily. We are looking for good people that expect and take care of a nice home while paying their bills without recurring drama in their life.
