Solar & Utility Billing: - This home is equipped with a solar energy system. The electricity generated by the solar panels will be applied to the tenant's Xcel Energy bill. - The tenant is responsible for all electricity, gas, trash, and water costs, which will be calculated and billed once per month based on usage. - The tenant is not entitled to any surplus credits or additional benefits from the solar energy system. Any excess energy generated remains with the property owner.
