5 minutes from downtown Corning, but out in the country!!! This was our "forever home", until we had a grandchild 2 1/2 hours away. We added an RV site with 30 amp service and 10' x 20' deck. We have a chicken coup and large area for them to roam when they are not free ranging. Many new perennials flower gardens and Rose of Sharon bushes as well. We also put in more than $16,000 in stone in the last year....with crusher run, in the driveway to make it more safe in the winter time. Hot tub goes with house as well....enjoy it right out your backdoor with privacy. Lastly we added a 500 gallon propane tank. We found a company we get propane from, between $.95-$1.20 a gallon, which we can hook you up with, seriously. There is also a pellet stove as well as a fireplace and there is a lot of firewood!
