    5 minutes from downtown Corning, but out in the country!!! This was our "forever home", until we had a grandchild 2 1/2 hours away. We have 34 acres, 1/2 acre pond, large garden with new raised beds, brand new last month 30 x 40 garage with 9' doors. We planted an orchard this year with 3 Cherry Trees, 3 Plum, 3 Peach, 5 Apple, 3 Pear! The house has all brand new appliances which include, dishwasher, washer & dryer, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. We remolded the kitchen in January with new counter tops, lights, faucet and more. We also put in new counter tops in the bathrooms to update them. The duct work and furnace were new in the last 3 years along with most flooring before we bought it. We painted the deck and repaired it wherever it was needed. We added an RV site with 30 amp service and 10' x 20' deck. We have a chicken coup and large area for them to roam when they are not free ranging. Many new perennials flower gardens and Rose of Sharon bushes as well. We also put in more than $16,000 in stone in the last year....with crusher run, in the driveway to make it more safe in the winter time. Hot tub goes with house as well....enjoy it right out your backdoor with privacy. Lastly we added a 500 gallon propane tank. We found a company we get propane from, between $.95-$1.20 a gallon, which we can hook you up with, seriously. There is also a pellet stove as well as a fireplace and there is a lot of firewood!
