This unit is in The Henry building, a part of The Flats. I am on the 4th floor, and there is an elevator in the building. The front room has two floor-to-ceiling windows; it's an amazing room. (Yes those first two pictures are the view from the main room.) The kitchen is beautiful and has a dishwasher plus open shelving. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom also has a floor to ceiling window, a walk in closet, and is very comfortable. In addition to the great place itself, there is a rooftop deck with beautiful views. Your key also gets you access to the amenities at any other Flats properties! You would pay $2145 per month for rent, plus utilities (electric/gas). If you have a pet there is a $25 deposit per pet as well. From the property manager: "After you have found a prospect for your apartment, please instruct the prospect to apply to any vacant apartment for the building on the FLATS website and we will switch the apartment number on our end after the application is submitted. The prospect will not be able to apply to your apartment as you are occupying it and we cannot make it available online. The new resident will receive the apartment in "as is" condition from you and will be able to move in the day after you move out and return your keys at the FLATS front desk. A new set of keys will be made for the resident. Please note the resident must submit one full month of rent in a cashier's check prior to key handover."
