We have a bedroom available in a three bedroom townhouse by the Nugget on Mace. Three miles from UC Davis. The bedroom will be available on January 1st 2025. You have the option to renew lease August 2025. You will need to meet with the property manager and do a credit check to sign lease. Rent: $765 Deposit: $365 PG&E: split three ways (usually around $60 in the winter/$100 in the summer per person) WiFi: $22 per person There is a bus stop on the corner. Coin-op laundry and pool on site. Nugget grocery, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, and Starbucks on the block. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished and stocked with kitchen supplies etc. We take turns buying toilet paper, soap etc. And if you need to use any tools or home gadgets just ask, we share.
