OPEN HOUSE: Monday, August 30th from 6pm - 6:30pm. Feel free to just show up, no registration needed. Please bring Paystubs and Photo ID for all adults to the open house. We accept all forms of subsidy. A security deposit of $795 and first month's rent are required upon move-in. Appliances included in as-is condition and will not be fixed or replaced by owner. Owner pays for Gas, Water, Lawn Mowing, Sewer, and Trash. Tenant pays for Electric, Stove and Fridge (in as-is condition), and Snow Removal Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. If you cannot make the open house, you can still apply for the unit by submitting (via email) your Proof of Income, Photo ID, and phone number for landlord reference. If we are interested in your application, we will set up a private showing with you.
