The living room alone is 600+ sq ft. The kitchen has been recently remolded (March 2014) to create an open concept space. We just installed the new floor two weeks ago. Great place for entertaining. The large parking lot in the back means your guests will never have to look for a space. Since the apartment is above a shop, you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors/being a noisy neighbor. In the evening my husband and I can crank up the volume on our tv knowing that we are not bothering anyone.The three bedrooms are pretty evenly sized. All could comfortably fit a queen sized bed. Each room has a closet and one has a built in desk and display shelves. Would be easy to split rent with roommates since there is no "master" room to draw straws with. The bathroom is huge. Double sinks and lots of counter space. No fighting to see yourself in the ginormous mirror. So much hidden storage throughout the home! Large pantry for the kitchen, big closet in the entry way, built in display shelves.I have loved this apartment because I feel like I am getting the best deal in town. I am sad that we are moving away for a job.Rent $675. Deposit equal to one month's rent. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Available mid May.Owner pays water/sewer/trash.
