The large parking lot in the back means your guests will never have to look for a space. Since the apartment is above a shop, you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors/being a noisy neighbor. In the evening my husband and I can crank up the volume on our tv knowing that we are not bothering anyone.The three bedrooms are pretty evenly sized. All could comfortably fit a queen sized bed. Each room has a closet and one has a built in desk and display shelves. Would be easy to split rent with roommates since there is no "master" room to draw straws with. The bathroom is huge. Double sinks and lots of counter space. No fighting to see yourself in the ginormous mirror. So much hidden storage throughout the home! Large pantry for the kitchen, big closet in the entry way, built in display shelves.I have loved this apartment because I feel like I am getting the best deal in town.
