Enjoy a walk and visit multiple parks, playgrounds, our neighborhood market, restaurant, award-winning bakery, and wine bar. Take a small drive to Wake Forest University, WFU Athletic Stadium, Reynolda Village and Gardens, SECCA Art Museum, and downtown Winston-Salem. We live on site and are here to help! Looking for renters for 1-3mo leases. Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for electric and is responsible for taking out trash and recycling to the bins down the driveway. Parking is in front of the main house on the street (free). No pets. No smoking, vaping. You are welcome to have guests over but quiet time is between 10P-7A.
