This home away from home offers a kitchen that has everything you need. The comfortable living room space has a reclining loveseat and a pullout sleeper sofa. Relax and enjoy the ROKU smart tvs in both living room space and bedroom. Also has a fireplace for ambiance. Patio space offers a well-lit space with a propane gas grill and table and chair setting. Coin Laundry is available on site. Qualifications for applying - With current employer for 1 year (must be able to show that you make 3xs the rent IE retirement, SSI, paystubs, letter from employer) - Make 3xs what the rent is - No criminal record or evictions/judgements - Filled out application, proof of income required, and valid ID - 2 person max only (no exceptions) - No pets allowed - Minimum 90 days stay Rv Offers - Fully furnished living rm, dining room, and bedroom w/queen size bed - Kitchen has all appliances, Gas stove/oven, mini fridge, and microwave - Shared coin laundry on site - 1 designated parking spot - Clean and quiet - All utilities included Our RV is a unique place to stay and is parked behind my casita with other 1-bedroom casitas surrounding it. We are a quiet and clean property. I generally will not bother you, but I am always a text away if needed. The RV is a small space but with the small space comes with lots of storage everywhere. From under the bed to all of the cupboard space inside the rv and under rv as well. There are collection tanks under the RV for all water used and sewage tank too. Depending on the number of persons staying (2 persons max allowed) I will have to empty out your plumbing tanks at least 1x a week. RV toilet is not your typical toilet. We will provide the proper toilet paper you need. Please do not flush any tampons, flushable wipes, baby wipes and paper towels. Enjoy the outdoor area as well with BBQ grill and patio furniture. But be respectful of your neighbors. This is definitley a home away from home. Utilities included in rent. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside RV. 1 designated parking. No pets allowed. 90 days minimum lease.
