The Floating Abode home is a waterfront in-law unit that consists of a large living room with a sectional that converts into a bed; a fully furnished and remodeled equipped kitchen; 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. Tucked away unit with your own private entrance and porch. Perfect for families, this home offers a lot of space with a nice layout for your group of up to four adults and two children comfortably. Flip pancakes in the full kitchen each morning, before heading out to explore the levee outside the backdoor accessible 100 yards from the property. Comfy living area, free WiFi, BBQ grill and television with Chromecast make this a great choice for unwinding. This location has been renovated and guests will be fully occupying the middle unit (second floor) of this location. We have a dock available if you plan to go fishing or participate in water sports. The dock can support a boat up to 20 feet. The driveway can support up to two vehicles. Please give advance notice if you have multiple boats, jet skis, etc. to ensure we can safely store it on our dock and/or driveway. There is always a fishing boat near our dock catching bass and other fish. Bring your rod and bait and just throw it from our dock! Franks Tract is the gateway to 700 miles of rivers, sloughs, marshes, levees and river channels that make up the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta. Please use any of the shared space for your leisure to stargaze in the night or watch the sunrise waters, but please make as little noise as possible between the times of 10:00pm and morning when outside to not disturb the neighbors. WARNINGS: LIFE VESTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS ON BOAT AND KAYAKS. CHILDREN OR THOSE UNABLE TO SWIM MUST HAVE A LIFE VEST WHILE ON THE DOCK.
