This location has been renovated and guests will be fully occupying the middle unit (second floor) of this location. We have a dock available if you plan to go fishing or participate in water sports. The dock can support a boat up to 20 feet. The driveway can support up to two vehicles. Please give advance notice if you have multiple boats, jet skis, etc. to ensure we can safely store it on our dock and/or driveway. There is always a fishing boat near our dock catching bass and other fish. Bring your rod and bait and just throw it from our dock! Franks Tract is the gateway to 700 miles of rivers, sloughs, marshes, levees and river channels that make up the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta. In law unit home with 2 private entrances (owner occupied on property). Owner pays for water, basic cable and internet, and maintains front and backyard. Renter pays for half of PG&E (Gas and Electric). Last month's rent deposit required. 1 year lease with furnished or unfurnished option. 1 small dog or cat at owner's discretion. 1 car parking on driveway. Renter have full access to dock for swimming and fishing. No smoking. You will be occupying a private 2nd-floor in-law unit of the house with 2 private locked entrances. The building is old, which may squeak, so we apologize if it is a disturbance. Please know that we respect privacy and space. Shared Area: You will have free access to the Garage where you may use the laundry machine. The dock, driveway, front yard garden and sitting area, and levee patio are accessible for your use. Please use any of the shared space for your leisure to stargaze in the night or watch the sunrise waters, but please make as little noise as possible between the times of 10:00pm and morning when outside to not disturb the neighbors. WARNINGS: LIFE VESTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS ON BOAT AND KAYAKS. CHILDREN OR THOSE UNABLE TO SWIM MUST HAVE A LIFE VEST WHILE ON THE DOCK.
