We still live in the area, but rent out both parts of the duplex; this is the of the house, a total of 1300 sq. ft., and there is great soundproofing between this and the upstairs 1 BR unit. We are looking for tenants who will treat it like their home. The main floor has: * oak and fir floors * one bedroom with large closet with built-ins * an office/2nd BR off main bedroom * front and back mudrooms * full bath * large open L-shaped livingroom and diningroom * large kitchen Basement is: * carpeted * has another office/BR * your own washer/dryer * utility room House is on a corner lot with very small front and side yard (no backyard). Easy access to UW, I-5, Burke Gilman, Dick's, grocery and restaurants. Driveway parking for 1 car and easy street parking. This was our home we lived in for many years and love it dearly!
