this is an A-frame house with two bedrooms and a bath downstairs and a bedroom and a small bath upstairs. There is a kitchen, living room with a fireplace and a large sunroom. There is an attached large carport. The lot is fabulous, large, with grapes, blueberries, blackberries and other fruit trees. It is very flat with a gradual slope to the water. There is a large dock with a fixed and floating portion and a boat pavillion which holds a pontoon boat. I purchased the home in 1996 for $150,000 and it has not been sold since. YOur posting that it was sold/purchased in 2012 is incorrect. It may be the case that we paid off the mortgage in 2012. There is no existing mortgage on the house.
