I really love this apartment but unfortunately will not be moving back to Pittsburgh. The building is located in Friendship and within walking distance of grocery stores and busses. -No security deposit required. -Heat, water, cooking gas, hot water, sewage and trash are all included in rent (renter only pays electric). -Private entrance to the apartment (pictured). -Pets are allowed (additional $35 per month). -Parking is available for $35 a month plus a permit deposit of $50. -There's a dishwasher and full size electric stove with oven. -Laundry is shared in the basement of the building. -I've included pictures of the empty apartment as well as examples of what it could look like furnished.
