    Owner Financing! I would like to sell my fantastic view mountain off grid homestead. Electricity is also available from a nearby power pole if you choose not to live off grid. The homestead is located on a mountainside 10 minutes outside of Globe Arizona. It is 8.39 acres, encompassing most of the mountainside. Gila County lot number 205-40-167A. On this property is a 12' x 24' shed with a 10 x 12 loft, patio, and 2nd storage loft (552 total square feet). The walls are insulated but haven't been drywalled yet. There is also 5,280 gallons of water storage and reliable affordable water delivery is also available in addition to a rainwater collection system. For sewer there is a toilet and a 300 gallon holding tank where an affordable pump out service is available. In addition, there is an active building permit and gravity feed septic design approved by Gila County for a shed conversion house (architectural plans available on PDF). This is a 640 square foot 16'x40' shed conversion home. The current shed can become a guest house (with proper permitting) and a carport between the two houses. The foundation work has begun on the house and the rebar work has passed county inspection. Once the foundation work is done the shed provider will build the shell on the site and finance with no credit check. The new owner will only have to finish out the inside, the outside decks, and the septic. This is a great DIY project that promises a big return on investment. I am also interested in trading this property for a 38’ or larger sailboat on the west coast and returning to the Pacific Northwest. I prefer a full keel pilot house or center cockpit boat. The local realtor valued the property at $153,000 and they did not include any comparable mountain view property with acreage in their market analysis.
