Unfortunately, funding has dried up and I am no longer able to complete this project. I am also interested in trading this property for a 38’ or larger sailboat on the west coast and returning to the Pacific Northwest. I prefer a full keel pilot house or center cockpit boat. The local realtor valued the property at $153,000 and they did not include any comparable mountain view property with acreage in their market analysis. One of the closest small houses to mine sold for $300,000. Therefore, their analysis is under market and is available for your review. I am willing to finance the homestead on negotiable terms.
