High ceilings with plenty of space for all. Inside bathroom with shower & sink with hot water heater. Two spring wells, one under the camp & one up the hill. Comes as you see it with furnishings. Needs a little love but perfectly usable now. Davis Rd is a legal trail that is privately-maintained; access is good but suggest all-wheel drive. Family has used this as a hunting camp since the 80’s. A great spot to hunt, fish, shoot, or ATV. Could make a great homesteader project but would require a new septic if a residence. Sold as a seasonal camp only.
