Our house is on top of the hill between the beach and the bay - beautiful woods surround our eco-friendly home, which has maintained walking paths and is in a tzunami free zone. We cover utilities and wifi. No pets or smoking. The house is in a community of great homes, with a local pub and the community college sharing the top of our hill. Easy to access many beaches as well as the historic downtown of Newport.
