There is a patio. Small apartment bldg with only 4 units. $1200 per month. Available now. Sorry no couples, no pets. Only for 1 person. Not short term, at least 6 months. You would be signing a lease along with me and my landlord. I have been here 9 years. I am easy-going. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Near Mills College. Exit off of 580 is Keller Ave. Unfurnished. Room is 150 sq ft. (Little more than 12' X 12') Utilities (PGE & internet) are split 50/50. Average for utilities is $60 per person but it varies by season. Move-in cost $2400. Thanks!
