    What's special

Ours is a one-of-a-kind home in Lenox Village. Upgraded hardwoods throughout (two kids rooms are carpeted, but master is also hardwood)! Pantry, white cabinetry, and granite in kitchen. Beautiful large deck and landing with fire pit out back. Fenced yard which backs up to the trees giving added privacy and space out back. Morning sun and evening shade on deck in backyard, or go take in the sunsets from top level porch which has beautiful views! Our home also has the attached garage accessible from the front (instead of the back alley style). Lenox Village is well known as a fantastic, family friendly, safe, and cozy neighborhood. We have great neighbors and a quiet yet accessible address. We always take the kids and pooch on walks to the park or bike rides down to the beautifully redone greenway/pathway down along the river (also very close by)! There are also some highly rated restaurants and other fun spots within walking distance (in Lenox Village square). It is difficult to find within the price range a neighborhood so family friendly, completely sidewalked, and in such a convenient location. We are 20-30 minutes away from downtown Nashville, the airport, Franklin, Costco/Trader Joes, Green Hills. Also just 5min to Chick-fil-a, Lowes, Walmart, Kroger, Post Office, Nolensville, Starbucks, etc. We also have multiple access roads to our home which is always helpful (Hwy 24 from the east, Hwy 65 from the west, or Nolensville Rd which is a straight shot into Nashville). The HOA is very cheap we've found for the continuous landscaping and grass mowing they do for you. We know you'll love it here and know our home is an extra special jewel here in the neighborhood :) We also know how difficult it is to find something clean, pretty, and move in ready here in this crazy Nashville market, so hurry over and get your offer in before it's gone!!
