The Pope Road properties are well located in Southwest Durham very near Chapel Hill with good access to I-40 at either the US 15-501 or Hwy 54 exits with water and sewer adjacent to the properties. It looks like it would make a nice little cul-de-sac community currently zoned R-20 that I think would likely support $400,000+ homes or might be able to rezone it. See Flyer in Docs
