There is no smoking in the unit or anywhere on property. No pets allowed. Section 8 or other rental vouchers are now accepted, however we still require the tenant to have good credit and be currently working. If you do not have the credit, you will be required to get a cosigner. All adults must complete an application and must sign the lease. Showings are done individually, Mon-Fri.
