I will then send a link to the TransUnion credit/background check if you are selected, and that application fee is $41.99 per adult. I am not using the Zillow application at this time. Home will be available shortly after July 1 but move-in date can be flexible. Renter responsible for all utilities except landscaping (landlord will provide twice-monthly service). No smoking/vaping of any kind inside or out. Pets are welcome with $500 pet deposit. No pet rent required. Renter's insurance required.
