If you have an ESA dog I require an ESA letter from a licensed physician or mental health professional stating the need and type of animal before you apply. I'm sorry to say that previous tenants have abused this legal right, and I'll need that verification prior to admitting an animal.
Since this is a single occupancy only apt, a single (one only) ESA animal would be the maximum once the correct documentation has been provided.
