Central air conditioning, new in 2023. Full basement: laundry connections for each resident. Residents must provide their own washing machines and electric dryers. This apartment has a washer and dryer provided which was left by a previous resident. They are available for use, but Landlord will not repair them and resident must leave them upon vacating.
