Current renters hate to leave, but are moving out of state for family reasons. We cannot provide pictures of the interior at this time due to tenants packing. For this reason, we cannot show the property to all interested parties. Instead, we will schedule only a few showings to the most qualified applicants. Available for rent on 6/1/2021. Rent: $1,050 PLUS utilities which average $185/month. Rent does not include the utilities, so the minimum financial commitment with be $1,250.
