Few stairs between room and garage entrance. Spacious mountain views. No smoking, no pets (sorry I have 2 dogs and one does not always get along with other dogs). Includes all utilities. I'm a quiet professional with a semi-quiet 13 year old boy and semi-quiet dogs! (they don't bark much but you would hear us in the house) Utilities included in the rent. Duration of lease negotiable. AVAILABLE for JUNE/JULY only. No smoking, no pets, no loud music or parties. You will have your own private space but you will be in a studio on the bottom floor of my home.
