Please note that a one-month minimum stay is required by law, and the unit can accommodate no more than two people. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. This move-in-ready suite is well-equipped with various amenities, such as two workstations and a full kitchen. The partitioned-off bedroom features a queen bed, two nightstands with USB ports, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. You will also find a spacious refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, Google Smart TV, and ample closet and storage space for clothes. For warmer nights, a window AC unit is available. Linens are included. Suite is stocked with starter essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. The renter is responsible for: General maintenance and cleaning of the Suite for duration of stay. Lawn maintenance for the gated portion of the garden and cleaning lanai and patio furniture. For any damage to the property, including furnishings, appliances, etc. Excess sand in the washer-dryer, suite in general or linens will incur an added cleaning fee from the security deposit.
