There is a 3-way stone fireplace, to both the living room and family room, plus to the unfinished storage room downstairs. The sellers have had some older carpet in the basement rec room and stairs taken out. They have an estimate for about $3,000 to have it replaced, if the buyer wishes for that to be done. Someone might want to buy this property, then split off one or two other lots to possibly build on, though any potential buyer would want to check with government officials to see if that's possible or not. One of the extra lots is right next to the home on Foellinger Drive. The other lot is directly behind that, and has a Luzena Lane address.
