And it's a 5 minute walk from the nearest grocery store, and a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. You can be in virtually any college town and restaurant area in 15-20 minutes, as I-83 is about a 10-minute drive away. I would need someone to water my 7 plants for me while I'm away, and change the furnace filter once a month during your stay, so I've taken this into account when it comes to the rent.
