The unit is part of the quiet duplex that is only privately accessed by the guest/guests. It has a cozy 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The home includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The two main bedrooms have a warm queen bed that includes a well-equipped full bathroom that is located close to all the bedrooms on the second floor. The 3rd bedroom contains a bunkbed and a pull-out 3rd bed right under the bunk. The kitchen is fully furnished and will have all you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The living room has a brand new 65" smart tv and a comfy couch to enjoy. Our unit will also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi (500mbps). You will also have private parking in the back and an access to the backyard. There is also a full basement that includes a washer and dryer. You are only : 2 mins drive/10 mins walk to Ontario Beach Park 5 mins drive to Walmart Supercenter 15 mins drive to downtown Rochester 15 mins drive to the Greater Rochester International Airport No smoking inside of the house. Big group party (more than 6 people) is not allowed on the property (both inside or outside the house). All pets need to be leashed when get outside.
