We do a full background, employment & credit check and require the following leasing criteria: 1. Must have positive rental history with no evictions. 2. Positive credit history with no collections or judgments. 3. No criminal history & specifically no felonies. 4. We require income & employment verification & income must be 3x the rental amount. 5. Pets are allowed with additional pet fee ($200 per pet refundable deposit). 6. We use RentPrep which charges a $50 application fee which is non refundable and used to perform the background check. 7.
