    Three Bedroom! Clean lower unit in a well kept 4plex on the NW side of town. Great curb appeal & lots of natural light. FREE laundry on site, individual storage units and off street parking per unit. This lower unit has recently been painted and has all appliances and nice carpet. Bedrooms are nice size with sitting area by the windows. Double closet in the master bedroom. Large fenced back yard. We do a full background, employment & credit check and require the following leasing criteria: 1. Must have positive rental history with no evictions. 2. Positive credit history with no collections or judgments. 3. No criminal history & specifically no felonies. 4. We require income & employment verification & income must be 3x the rental amount. 5. Pets are allowed with additional pet fee ($200 per pet refundable deposit). 6. We use RentPrep which charges a $50 application fee which is non refundable and used to perform the background check. 7. A full month's rent plus one month deposit & utilities is required for move in. 8. A fixed amount is charged for utilities typically around $120 depending on how many people will be living in the unit.
