The estate features refined European furnishings and includes a main residence and guest house, historic barns, a wine cellar, and extensive herb and vegetable gardens. Wine grapes, olives, doves, and farm-fresh eggs from the resident chickens add to the charm. La Cascina The Main Residence is thoughtfully renovated with Tuscan terracotta tiles, hand-hewn beam ceilings, and custom woodwork. The bedroom wing includes a primary suite and guest bedroom, both overlooking the courtyard gardens. The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted with top-tier appliances, while the spacious living and dining areas open to vineyard views. A built-in sound system serves the home and surrounding outdoor spaces. The spa bathroom, with steam, rainhead, and handheld shower, opens to a 7' Sundance Therapeutic Spa and swimming pool. The lower level includes the original winery complete with Napa stone walls, a full kitchen with zinc countertops, Viking cooktop, Thermador grill, and laundry facilities. Il Pollaio The Guesthouse sleeps 1 - 2 guests and features an antique iron queen bed dressed in fine European linens. The open living/dining area with kitchenette is brightened by a skylight and opens through French doors to a shaded cobblestone patio and private garden with vineyard and mountain views. La Buona Stella is available for monthly rental (30-night minimum), with stays up to six months welcome. Minimum 30 day stay; up to six months stay available.
