It is an easy walking commute to UC Berkeley and a short trip to SF on the BART train. Driving always depends on the traffic gods. Scooters and motorcycles are an excellent way to get around the hill as the roads are a bit more European than most, that being said, there is plenty of street parking. Recently updated, the house has tons of light, views of the San Francisco Bay from almost every room, washer/dryer, an open kitchen, on-demand hot water, and a big yard full of random fox, turkey, deer and other docile hill animals.
