Great for families, couples, creatives, friends. Lake Gregory, which is a short 4 min drive, is fun for the whole family- in the summer there are inflatables, duffys, kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Lots of hiking trails nearby. Stop in at the local cute coffee shop, Higher Grounds, a short drive away. 7 miles from Lake Arrowhead, 7 miles from Sky Park, 19 miles from Snow Valley Ski Resort and sledding, 32 miles from Bear Mtn Ski Resort. Close enough to the city to not be a long drive, but far enough to feel like a retreat! The cabin: There is level parking/entry to home- no long stairway to get to front door! But there are stairs to get down to the bedrooms once you're inside. Living room, dining room, 1/2 bath and kitchen are entry level, as well as sliding door out to upper deck, which connects to middle and lower deck (also accessed by master bedroom). In the living room there is a wood burning fireplace and lots of board games, giant jenga, chess/checkers to enjoy around the coffee table. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are downstairs (stairs and downstairs bedrooms are carpeted). Marvel arcade game (not pictured in our current photos) in the bunkbed room. Hot tub on middle deck is surrounded by trees, private and relaxing. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C & heat, Smart TV, bluetooth soundbar speaker. No smoking allowed. Utilities will be paid by tenant. Property is currently furnished, but can be made unfurnished if that is the tenant's preference. Rent will be the same either way.
