Feel at home in Tropic Bliss, a luxurious retreat less than 1 mile from downtown and 3 miles from St. Augustine Beach. This home features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with bar top seating, a full pots and pans cooking set, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and a drip coffee maker. The open and airy sitting room is perfect for relaxing, and the dining room seats six. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, and closet, with access to the full bathroom featuring a shower tub combination. The master ensuite includes a king-size bed, desk, dresser, and full bathroom. The spacious living room features leather couches and a full murphy bed. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs for a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Enjoy the convenience of walking to local favorites like Mojos Taco's, Llama, and Mellow Mushroom. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. No underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. The minimum age to book is 25.
