We will leave our grill, outdoor fridge, fire pit, large custom Rowe sofa. Other furniture to be left is negotiable. All flat screen smart TVs will remain in home as well. In the peak of summer, electric bill went to $120 at most. Garden has some amazing perennial plants and is a gardener's haven! Feel free to plant your own, would be amazing for a vegetable garden.
