The house is located towards the end of a dead end street - this means VERY minimal thru traffic and quiet nights. Many families on the street with kids that all play together, a friendly neighborhood feel only moments away from the heart of downtown. Walk to Avondale's bars and restaurants, as well as a dog park, a community farm, Whole Foods and Starbucks! Owner pays for wifi and biweekly lawn service. We will leave our grill, outdoor fridge, fire pit, large custom Rowe sofa. Other furniture to be left is negotiable. All flat screen smart TVs will remain in home as well. In the peak of summer, electric bill went to $120 at most. Garden has some amazing perennial plants and is a gardener's haven! Feel free to plant your own, would be amazing for a vegetable garden.
