Decision upon applicants will be based on verifiable income at least twice the amount of rent, job stability, good references from past landlords based on type of tenant you've been, if rent was paid on time and if they would rent to you again. Will take into account if first time renter or other special circumstances we will take a co- signer if needed. Credit check is possible if applicant wants to pay for it to increase there chances in owners decision.
