It is located about 6 minutes West of Port Angeles off of Highway 101, but tucked back away from the highway on a dead end road in a serene, country-like setting. Part of a very small, very quiet neighborhood. Surrounded by wooded views, that will stay wooded, and a partial hill view (can't really call it a mountain). There is no house on this land and no septic as far as I know. There are two outbuildings, one is the remains of an ancient mill, and the other is a large, sturdy garage/barn/shop/mancave/womancave/what have you. Asking price is $55,000. Could use some elbow grease but has lots of potential. Great piece for a dream home!
