Looking for someone to sublet one bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment with a kitchen and living room. The living area is furnished, but the bedroom will be cleared. The remaining lease on the apartment lasts from June-Sept 1. My roommate will also be living in the apartment in June, but will be living at home and only be at the apartment sporadically in July and August. The apartment is part of a larger apartment complex, which has a pool, fitness center, playground, dog park, and open space for enjoying the outdoors in the summer months. It is also located on the PVTA 31 bus route, so transportation to UMass and downtown Amherst is very convenient. All utilities included in rent, except electricity.
