Within a block, you have the astonishing views of the Manhattan (see picture). Acme supermarket is within a 7 min walk. Close to restaurants in Weehawken and short ride to Hoboken. Plenty of street parking (very easy to get a pass). Commute: Bus stop is within a 4 minute walk and buses run every 3 to 5 minutes during rush hour. We are so close to Lincoln tunnel that the bus is 13 minutes to Port Authority!! You can also walk 15 minutes to Port Imperial Ferry or 12 minutes to Light Rail station. The place: - It is the bottom unit of a three-story house. Separate entrance on the side. Landlord occupies the top two levels. - Hardwood floors. - Living room is spacious and can fit both a living room set and a small dining set. - There are two bedrooms, both of which can fit up to a queen size bed, dresser, and night stand.
