This would be a great house for someone with a couple kids & some pets. - 4 bedroom 2 bath house - Guest bathroom fully remodeled in March 2025 - New floors within the past 3 years. - 6 month lease followed by month to month. - Deposit = one month's rent + pet deposit $500 per pet, and $500 per new pet added to the household. If no pet damage, deposit will be returned upon move-out and inspection. - Cat doors to the catio, from catio to outside, and into 2 of the bedrooms. - Extra attic storage space can be negotiated - You can paint most of the walls in the house (a few exceptions). - Bennett Valley, Mayette Ave, very safe neighborhood. - Neighborhood has never been evacuated for fires, only power outages have been at night for a few minutes. UTILITIES INFO: *Utilities not included (We pay an average of $600/mo) *We currently use Sonic, which has fiber hookup. We can leave the fiber hookup and switch it into your name. DEPOSIT: * If there are any damages to the property upon leaving, the price of materials plus $50/h repair cost will be taken out of the deposit. * If you want to hang pictures, the nail holes must be spackled upon leaving, but re-painting isn't necessary, unless you painted the walls a color the landlord doesn't like, in which case, either repaint or $50/h plus materials for us to repaint for you. * The house must be cleaned upon leaving. $50/h in cleaning fees if house is not cleaned upon exit. * Pet deposit is $500 per pet.
