    On the crest of a hill, outside of flood zone. Broad open ranchette. Zoned A2: Improved Agricultural which allows for general farming. Plenty of room for living a self-sufficient lifestyle. Space for solar panels, electric wiring installed far back into the property. Fixer-upper with tremendous potential. Three separate deck/porch areas, a wonderful garden potting room or studio with huge windows. Fenced in dog-run with a kennel, most of the 2.34 acres are also fenced. There used to be a double wide parked down the slope which has since been removed - electric and septic may still be in place (1976). Good sized shed 220 Sq ft with a lean- to 154 sq ft separate from the house built in 2007. House septic built 1980. (Marion county does not seem to have permits recorded prior to 1996.) (This information is being taken from Marion county appraisers website). The kitchen: granite counter on the island, newer fridge and stove. Brick siding, the main part of the house (beneath the brick) is believed to be concrete block, the Florida room addition is stick built with brick facing. There used to be a swimming pool which has since been filled in and had been used as a garden. A newer aluminum carport. Roof replaced 2010. Well and water pump in great working order - recently replaced/repaired.
