There is a balcony out the front door where you can have your coffee or sip a cool drink in the evening. Additionally, there is a full patio with a table that seats 6, a gas barbecue, and a fire pit area. We supply everything for you including wireless internet, iron and ironing board, sheets, towels, hair dryer, laundry detergent, and complete cookware for all your needs. This home has has lots of windows and and is light and airy. There is an unual amount of closets in the home for lots of storage. The owner pays for water. The renter is responsible for gas and electricity. No smoking and no pets. This is a 6 to 12 month rental, from January 1st to June 1st or longer depending on renters needs
