Howdy! My name is Rahul and I am a Family Medicine Resident here in Nashville. I work with many travel nurses and traveling professionals who have shared how difficult it is to secure temporary housing in a new city. As someone who works into clinical medicine myself, I know the importance of stress-free housing. I am excited to be your local property manager! My goal is to make this house as cozy and comfortable as possible so that you can look forward to coming home after a long shift. I lived here myself for the first 2 months to make sure it has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The entire 2nd floor is the Master's Suite complete with a walk-in closet, his and her sinks, beautiful shower, high ceilings, and a massive storage room that can easily be converted into a guest bedroom, reading nook, or more depending on your needs. The house is professionally furnished with top of the line designer furniture and stunning custom artwork throughout. The central location in the coveted Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood could not be more ideal - you get all the perks of being minutes away from all the hot spots in Nashville while enjoying a taste of suburbia in your own urban oasis. Its a perfect setting away from all the bachelorette and tourist crowds, but still an easy ~5 minutes to all the major downtown venues and other Nashville neighborhoods. Watch the local Nashville Soccer Club play at the brand new GEODIS PARK stadium, the largest soccer-specific stadium in the US and Canada - only a short 5 minute walk!
