No Smoking This is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside the premises or in unauthorized areas will result in an automatic $500 fine. No Drug Use Tenant and any members of tenant's household, tenant's guests or other persons under tenant's control shall not engage in or permit any illegal drug-related activity on or near the premises.
