Active Duty military personnel exempted and can use their current registration. No Smoking This is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside the premises or in unauthorized areas will result in an automatic $500 fine. In addition, the renter will be responsible for any and all charges caused by smoke damage and odor. No Drug Use Tenant and any members of tenant's household, tenant's guests or other persons under tenant's control shall not engage in or permit any illegal drug-related activity on or near the premises.
