    Are you looking for a solid house that hasn't been shoddily remodeled so you're paying just to undo it? That is why I purchased this house - but have to move to Arizona. The toughest home inspector in Baltimore (Stephen Dalmus) said this house was in the best condition he has ever seen for it's age. BGE budget billing $167/month. Basement:french drain, sump pump with a new deep cycle battery to operate the back up motor. Washer/dryer new within year. Entire house including the furnace and water heater are under a warranty through September 2009. Neighborhood Description My house is on the very edge of Homeland (I pay $130 in home association fees per year.) It is 3 mintues away from Notre Dame college, 6 minutes from Loyola college and 5 minutes from all private schools in Roland Park. The affordability of my home and it's proximity to private schools may make it afforadable for someone to send their child there and not break the bank.
